Connect and Collaborate Workshops
Project Intention
Questa designed and delivered workshops to two different audiences: performing artists and the theatre’s management team.
This was part of the development program and the intention was to create a space to be together, connecting and getting to know each other by sensemaking together, deepening conversation and relational capacity to continue working toward the Blue Room Theatre vision.
Project Outcomes
The groups took part in immersive 4h mini-journeys of change to learn and practice the art of deep listening, sharing of stories and a vision for the highest possible future of the Blue Room Theatre.
This was achieved through practices such as empathy walks and 4D mapping of present and future scenarios.
Feedback
The workshop provided a space for the team to slow down, connect with each other at a deeper level and reflect about their intention for the organisation.
