Strategic Planning Workshop
Project Intention
The Rural Business Development Corporation engaged Questa Collaborative to design and facilitate a strategic planning workshop with the Board team that helped develop greater ‘team alignment’ through building generative dialogue.
Further, the workshop involved a future modelling process that helped the RBDC clarify its vision, mission and priority actions, including documenting the strategies and tactics needed to deliver on these priorities.
Project Outcomes
The output from the process was a report that provided a record of the conversations undertaken in the lead up to the workshop and the key insights generated during the workshop process.
This document can be used to help the RBDC reflect on how every decision they take helps bring their intention to life and make meaningful progress towards their vision and mission.

The Rural Business Development Corporation (RBDC) is an independent statutory authority established under the Rural Business Development Corporation Act 2000 (WA). It is able to provide financial assistance to rural business and provide advice to government aimed at fostering rural and regional development. The RBDC is supported by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
