Elaine Olsen

Elaine has extensive experiences working in the government and not-for-profit sector, having developed whole-of-government strategic plans and policies.  

A systems thinker, she understand complexity and has received formal training in systems change frameworks such as Warm Data Labs, Theory U and Compassionate Systems Framework. 

Elaine experiences are diverse and varied. She has facilitated creative learning journeys for children and young people, and has facilitated leadership training for not-for-profits boards and government. As a previous innovation consultant, Elaine has indepth knowledge of cultivating creative thinking and innovative cultures at work.  

She is also a certified gifts facilitator, having received training from the Core Gift Institute, USA.  

Elaine believes in helping grow a new generation of leaders and changemakers through authentic collaboration and heart-inspired action.
