Mariana Guimaraes e Silva 

Mariana’s expertise lies in business education, organizational and leadership development, cultivated through her experiences of working in the UK, Brazil and Australia. With 25 years of combined experience in the corporate sector and academia, she has navigated roles in both the private and public sectors, including entrepreneurship. She is currently a Board member for Befriend, a Perthbased community development organisation.

Her previous engagements encompass facilitating cultural change in various organizations and coaching C-level executives as part of leadership development programs. She holds academic qualifications, including an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, a BA(Hons) in Social Communications, and various executive and team coaching certifications. Mariana also holds a Certificate in Holistic Science and Economics for Transition from Schumacher College and an Advanced Diploma in Transactional Analysis.
Furthermore, Mariana is a Certified Host in Warm Data Labs (Bateson Institute).
