Rod Griffiths

Rod Griffiths is a systems elder with an innovative mindset and deep insights into relational thinking. 

He has extensive experiences as a senior consultant with high profile consulting firms such as McKinsey. He works with people within organisations, with consultants and individuals  in emergent conversations. 

With a strong systems background, Rod seeks to uncover together the patterns and interdependencies that sit under the surface, and how these might conspire or inspire a sense of future.  

He holds a B.Sc from Manchester University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, followed by a MA in Systems from Lancaster University Management School.  

Rod has also completed a postgraduate degree in Complexity, Chaos and Creativity at the University of Western Sydney (now WSU) which morphed into an MA in Social Ecology.
