This journey is for you!

Join a group of QueStars as we learn to navigate the unknown territory of becoming whole … an ongoing meaning making dance between your inner and the outer experiences.

  • In this workshop, participants will learn:

    • Deep Listening Skills
    • Transition navigation skills
    • Practices for wellbeing
    • Sense making practices
    • Meaning making practices
    • The art and science of connection and belonging
    • Reflection practices for self-awareness and personal clarity
    • Embodiment practices

     

     

  • As a result of attending this workshop, participants may:

    • Feel a stronger connection to self, others, nature and place
    • Have developed simple practices for wellbeing
    • Develop a more creative and innovative mindset
    • Have an mproved capacity for compassionate engagement with self and others
    • Have a more embodied sense of how to make a meaningful difference in your life and in your service to others and the planet
    • Engage in life with a holistic, vitalising and regenerative mindset and actions.

     

     

  • This workshop is suitable for:

    • People in transition
    • Emerging and aspiring regenerative practitioners and leaders
    • Change makers
    • Anyone who wants to do the inner and outer work to be resilient, creative and collaborative in the way they work and resource others.

     

     

  • This is a 9 month journey. Each participant has a mentor and participates in monthly learning circles with the other participants. There are 3 x 2 day retreats that occur at the beginning, midway and end of your Quest a Journey.
