Work culture is often depicted as negative and toxic. People experience stress and burnout.
This program focuses on developing the inner and outer capabilities to help individuals and teams develop a culture of authentic relationships and resilience.
In this program, we invite participants to learn about models, tools and practices that enable them to develop greater levels of self awareness as they learn to cultivate more authentic relationships with others.
In this way a positive and nourishing organisational culture can grow and develop, leading to a more productive and happier workforce, and better outcomes.

In this program, participants will learn:
- Mindful techniques
- Techniques for listening to their inner voices
- Deep levels of listening
- Techniques for relating to others in fresh, new ways
- To explore inter-dependencies between the human and more-than-human world
- New frameworks and tools for growing personal resilience
As a result of attending this program, participants may:
- Develop a greater level of self awareness
- Improve their ability to build more authentic relationships
- Learn to be more adaptable in changing situations
- Expand their toolkit of dealing with tension or conflict
